Breeder will:

Sell a kitten with amiable friendly personality. We agree to help in any situation where Purchaser needs assistance. We are not a veterinarian however and can only give ‘advice’, not actual medical or behavioral information. We know this breed and will help all we can.
Have the kitten(s) examined by our veterinarian before leaving our home. We will get a rabies shot and exam. If any kitten becomes ill during their first week at their new home, Behold cattery will pay up to $100 toward any meds that are prescribed (if any). We do not pay for office visits, worming, x-rays or similar things. We will require a copy of Purchaser’s vet receipt.
To give enough raw meat mix for the first day to help in the adjustment of moving to new home. [unless kitten goes on airplane which raw meat mix is not allowed]
To provide a few favorite toys, copy of contract, vaccination records, rabies certificate and CFF registration pink slip.
Ask us if you are wanting a copy of our Maine coon book. If we have copies available we will sell them to you for $20
Behold Cattery does as much genetic DNA testing as possible on parents and grandparents of this kitten and can provide such guarantees. We will provide, upon asking, copies of all testing. We can also give a replacement guarantee as follows:
If any kitten we sell dies at a young age due to any genetic problem (HCM, PKD, PKdef, SMA) we will provide another kitten as a replacement, with the only costs to Purchaser being the vet costs (health certificate, shots etc) and shipping/delivery. If any of our kittens die past age 1, up to age 2, of the listed DNA genetic problems, we will provide a replacement kitten at a reduced price. The only proof needed will be an autopsy report (showing the death as genetic) from a State Vet hospital or similar facility.
We the signed below agree to all of these terms. If the Purchaser breaks any conditions of this agreement, he will pay to the Breeder an agreed compensation of $3900 USD, and any lawyer/court fees, if it were to proceed that far. Any legal action will be in the state/county that Breeder resides. (Elmore County, Alabama USA)
